Company - About Us:

C. Fred Deuel & Associates, Inc. was established in 1954 by Mr. C. Fred Deuel where he served as president of the company until his retirement in January of 2007.

Engineering Construction consultants was established in 1998 by Mr. Robert Green where he served as principal of the company until his retirement in January 2008.

Companies were merged and are now managed by Al Carrier, PE, PSM and Brian Barker, PE. These principals have extensive engineering and surveying experience within the public and private sector.
Many long-time staff members remain with the company.
